The Research Chair is seeking students to help develop actuarial research in the field of general insurance.
Bachelor’s students in actuarial science are invited to contact the Chair for information about funding master’s studies, specifically regarding:
- research initiation internships or;
- internships in companies.
Graduate students who wish to join the research group must have solid knowledge of mathematics, statistics or actuarial science. Experience or advanced computer skills are an asset. For funding and doctoral studies, a master’s degree is required upon arrival, but exceptional bachelor’s graduates may be admitted initially to the master’s degree and then to the doctorate.
